When I moved to San Francisco in 1997 I was in awe of the architecture and the beauty of the city! I took my Real Estate exam and got started in my Real Estate career.

I have been in the Real Estate business in San Francisco and the Bay Area for almost 30 years. I have handled over 4000 transactions in my career.
What are your hours?
Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am – 5pm. But I realize things happen in the evenings and on the weekends in this business and I am always available for a text or phone call, when available.
What are the turnaround times for communications?
I will typically respond to emails within a few hours.
What if a file gets cancelled?
If you don’t get paid, I don’t get paid. It is a part of being in the Real Estate business.
